Pius Gautreau, 46, of St. Joseph died Wednesday, January 19, 1994 at the Doctor Georges L. Dumont Hospital after a brief illness.
 Born in Memramcook West on April 22, 1947, he was a son of Alban and Adéline (Melanson) Gautreau and was the owner of Pete's Video Lottery Terminals Ltd. He attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Chantal, Margo and Danica and one son, Roch all at home; six brothers, Rhéal, Bouctouche, Jean-Guy, Cormier's Cove, Raymond and Francis, Memramcook East, Dollard, Memramcook West, Maurice, St. Anselme; several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd., Memramcook. Visiting Thursday, January 20, 1994, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral mass will be held Saturday January 22, 1994, at 11 a.m. from Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church, Memramcook East, with interment in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Cemetery.
